An hour into opening, the market is trading flat with a negative bias. Movement is more stock specific and buying is seen in banking and pharma and selling in some telecom stocks. Sensex is trading at 17954, down 3 points from its previous close, and Nifty is at 5393, down 3 points. CNX Midcap index is up 0.1% and BSE Smallcap index is up 0.3%. The market breadth is positive with advances at 661 against declines of 538 on the NSE
